  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included, and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our centralized processing facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
